Hey there, I’m Madison Berry, and welcome to my page! Glad you could stop by! I am a licensed esthetician located in Laurinburg, North Carolina. I currently specialize in full body waxing, custom facials, brows, and makeup. I created Beacon Esthetix in hope to become a light for those who struggle to navigate through the world of beauty. My goal is to find that sweet balance between client education and relaxation, but most importantly, help you see the beauty within yourself that has been there all along 💕. Booking an appointment on my site, means that you are agreeing to my terms and policies. I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not respect me, my policies, or the wok environment and well-being of others. NO SMALL CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO APPOINTMENTS. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ CANCELATION POLICY I kindly ask that if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior. You may text/call to let me know. You have the option for me to hold, and put your deposit towards a new appointment, or I can refund it, and you are more than welcome to rebook yourself through my website. If canceled within 24 hours, there will be a 50% service charge. If a complete no call/no show, there will be a 100% total service charge. You will only have ONE time to rebook if you are a no call/no show. After this, you will be banned and no longer allowed to book. I understand life happens, and exceptions can be made due to extreme circumstances including sudden death in family, serious medical conditions, hazardous weather, etc. LATE POLICY If you think you are going to run late, please let me know! If you are more than 10 minutes late WITHOUT a notice, your appointment will be canceled, the deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the service fee will be collected from the card on file. Again, I understand life happens and things are out of our control, but please keep in mind, scheduling is tight, and I strive to be on time for each client’s appointment. Please TEXT or CALL me if running late. DEPOSITS You will notice, that on my booking site, certain services will require a non-refundable deposit. The amount for deposits can differ on services. The deposit goes towards the final balance. As a perk for loyal and consistent clients, a deposit will no longer become required to book. HOWEVER, if a consistent client, starts to become inconsistent and break policies, for whatever reason, you will be placed back on the deposit requirement to book. NO exceptions until further notice. REFUNDS No refunds will be given on any completed service. I will absolutely try my best to make you happy and provide the best service I possibly can! Please let me know within 72 hours if you would like to tweak or change your brow tint. Within those 72 hours, I will fix it at no charge. After that time frame, there will be a fee. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS Cash or card payment are preferred. A 2.6% processing fee will be applied to all debit/credit card processing. A card on file is required for all booking. The purpose behind this is in case of a late or no-show situation. The card on file will not be charged otherwise without client consent.
